What you will do

• Lead consultative presales discussions and software demonstrations in Italian.
• Guide prospects from initial interest through trial and into paid adoption.
• Onboard new customers and deliver structured paid training sessions to ensure first value.
• Build and maintain relationships with local CNC machinery vendors and industry partners.
• Represent the brand at local trade shows and industry events through live product demonstrations.
• Manage CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and provide regular market feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in Italy.
• Experience in the cabinet making, joinery, or CNC manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and production shop-floor workflows.
• Experience with Mozaik or comparable software such as Cabinet Vision, imos, TopSolid, or Alphacam.
• Proven track record in sales, presales, training, or technical consulting.

Nice to have

• Existing professional network within the Italian cabinet manufacturing or CNC ecosystem.
• Experience representing growing or emerging brands in a local market.
