What you will do

• Maintain account management responsibility for key accounts through direct interactions and service sales.
• Formulate account strategies and tactics in collaboration with therapeutic leaders and account managers.
• Support the development of strategic client solutions and oversee the generation of RFPs and presentations.
• Ensure the quality of proposals through rigorous review processes.
• Collaborate with international operation teams and European partners to support client activities.
• Maintain complete ownership of business development for the Italian and Swiss territories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of seven years of business development or account management experience in the CRO industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of Phase I through Phase IV drug development.
• Proven experience working within the Italian and Swiss markets.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
