Location: Must be residing and eligible to work in Toronto, Ontario (hybrid 3x work from office) or US (remote)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies to drive global awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize North American campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Apply AI-powered solutions to automate and enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Monitor global performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and provide actionable insights and reporting.
- Execute ABM programs and A/B testing strategies to improve conversion hygiene and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven track record of managing six-figure budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Must be residing and eligible to work in Toronto, Ontario or the United States.

- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM).
- Familiarity with the accounting or audit industry.
