What you will do

• Lead the execution, performance, and growth of paid media campaigns for complex, enterprise-level accounts.
• Perform daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership to maximize ROI.
• Provide intelligent analysis and action plans based on campaign data from GA, Shopify, and other sources of truth.
• Collaborate with internal agency teams and maintain executive-level communication with clients.
• Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Participate in department scrums and contribute to the development of training materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for large enterprise accounts.
• Significant experience in 3+ campaign types: Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suites.
• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and the ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data.
