What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach including phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct deep-dive research on targeted accounts to identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, DBAs, and DevOps Leads.
- Perform high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to prove value to technical audiences.
- Rigorously qualify prospects using established frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate with global sales teams for seamless opportunity transitions.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Marketing and Product teams regarding objections and trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS or IT infrastructure.
- Strong "Hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts into value-based stories.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and AI-assisted prospecting tools.
- Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
