What you will do
- Contact maintenance professionals via phone (75-100 calls/day), email, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Utilize Outreach and other prospecting tools to maintain a strategic communication approach.
- Conduct discovery calls to analyze how companies run maintenance operations and provide tailored recommendations.
- Generate high-quality opportunities for account executives to drive new business and revenue growth.
- Master the nuances of the industrial sector and product offerings for a top-notch consultative sales approach.
Requirements
- Must be based in and work in-person from the Raleigh, NC office.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, coachable, and high-energy personality.
Nice to have
- Experience with cold calling.
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Experience working within startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Knowledge of CMMS or facility operations software.
