What you will do

  • Sell the hirify.global Enterprise Platform to enterprise-level customers.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and pipeline management to final closure.
  • Provide leadership throughout the pre- and post-sales process, including win/loss analysis.
  • Travel to customer sites as required (30% - 50% of the time).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in selling enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with open source, APIs, or infrastructure software.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to leverage established professional relationships for business success.
