What you will do
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, ensuring their professional growth.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to align strategy, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering to maintain feedback loops from the field.
- Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent with Enterprise SaaS expertise.
- Oversee the delivery of impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning.
- Act as a strategic escalation point for complex enterprise deals to move them forward effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, specifically within the UK and Ireland.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
