What you will do

  • Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, ensuring their professional growth.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to align strategy, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering to maintain feedback loops from the field.
  • Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent with Enterprise SaaS expertise.
  • Oversee the delivery of impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning.
  • Act as a strategic escalation point for complex enterprise deals to move them forward effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, specifically within the UK and Ireland.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

  • Experience with HR SaaS technology.
