What you will do
- Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Albania, including attraction, assessment, and offers for Support Associate and Grocery Associate positions
- Contribute to rollout and adoption of new AI-supported and data-driven hiring processes and tools
- Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience during a period of change
- Experiment with sourcing and attraction approaches while executing core recruiting best practices
- Collaborate with sub-team and broader Talent Acquisition to share learnings and solutions; partner with Employer Branding on high-volume hiring campaigns
Requirements
- Hands-on recruitment experience leading end-to-end hiring for high-volume, frontline/blue-collar roles in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication skills in English and Italian (written and verbal)
- Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments and openness to learning new tools and processes
- Strong focus on candidate experience and quality
- Curiosity for data and willingness to use insights to improve hiring outcomes
