Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles across multiple departments.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through all stages of the interview process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on requirements and selection processes.
• Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding activities and other recruiting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico for this remote role.
• Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse talent.
