What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding.
• Handle multiple hiring streams for Backend, DevOps, and Product roles.
• Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn, AmazingHiring, internal databases, and alternative channels.
• Interview candidates and perform initial screenings.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations, and provide market insights.
• Analyze recruitment funnels, conversion rates, and time-to-hire to identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms, niche communities, and professional forums.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve recruitment processes.
• Ability to take ownership and contribute to the development of a scalable recruitment function.

Nice to have

• Experience with international hiring.
• English proficiency level of B2 or higher.
