What you will do
- Deliver against recruitment plans for business units globally, focusing on permanent and contract roles.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience in line with global processes and company values.
- Manage recruitment costs through a direct-first approach and supplier relationships.
- Utilize reporting and Management Information (MI) for data-driven discussions with stakeholders and manage recruitment SLAs.
- Plan and execute brand awareness strategies to impact talent pipelines and engagement.
- Keep abreast of and utilize in-house and market tooling, including LinkedIn and Boolean searching.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level.
- Experienced recruiter from an in-house Talent Acquisition team or a technical lead recruiter from an agency.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with ability to present to stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Ability to manage sourcing strategies and external suppliers.
- Confident using MI to drive commercial discussions and meet KPIs.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and a proactive team-player mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment tooling systems (ATS, LinkedIn, Boolean search) and MS Office suite.
