What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, active sourcing, and screening.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Oversee the transition from candidate to employee and ensure a structured onboarding experience.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects to improve time-to-hire and interview processes.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends and selection decisions.
• Collaborate with the HR/Admin team to share best practices and support team growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an agency or startup environment.
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring, specifically for Sales and Customer Support.
• Strong understanding of Italian labor legislation and market trends.
• Fluent in English and native/fluent in Italian.
• Experience with ATS software and creating recruitment reports.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Milan 3 days per week.
