- Handle day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, lighting, locks, and general repairs.
- Perform daily walkarounds to ensure indoor and outdoor areas are clean and safe.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and fix issues proactively.
- Execute minor painting and cosmetic repairs to maintain the property's appearance.
- Coordinate with external specialist contractors for complex technical work.
- Manage inventory levels for tools, materials, and spare parts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with a specialization in plumbing.
- Fluent proficiency in the local language (Dutch).
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility regarding tasks, schedules, and changing priorities.
