What you will do
- Launch and scale ANZ operations as the first senior hire in the market.
- Own country-level P&L, hiring, sales execution, and operational performance.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams across sales, customer success, engineering, support, and operations.
- Lead strategic partnerships with ANZ enterprises and government agencies.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles and close complex deals directly and via partners.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align product-market fit for the ANZ region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in ANZ, preferably within fast-growing software or AI companies.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in new markets for disruptive software.
- Deep relationships and understanding of ANZ enterprise and government sectors.
- Strong GTM experience and a track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Experience building high-performing cross-functional teams from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS.
- Background in engineering or product-led companies.
- Exposure to high-growth US or global companies expanding into ANZ.
