What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Shape and execute regional sales strategy including pipeline management and deal execution.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to refine ICPs and accelerate revenue velocity.
• Own forecasting and performance metrics to drive data-driven territory health.
• Collaborate with product leadership to align market feedback with roadmap development.
• Recruit and enable top-tier sales talent to support regional growth.

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or AI/ML software companies.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA market with a track record of growing business in the region.
• Experience managing long-cycle enterprise deals and consistent revenue target achievement.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
• Ability to translate technical product value into business outcomes.
