Salary: $330,000 – $380,000 OTE

What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to surpass revenue targets
• Foster a culture of high accountability and implement disciplined sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
• Scale strategic sales processes from early traction to a repeatable machine
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to refine the enterprise GTM strategy
• Provide accurate forecasts to executive leadership and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals
• Engage directly with economic buyers to support deal closures and maintain high-level customer relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing sales teams with minimum $1.25m ARR quotas
• Extensive experience in hiring and retaining top-tier enterprise sellers
• Demonstrated history of consistent overachievement in enterprise software sales
• Ability to lead and motivate teams through continuous growth and change
• Must be authorized to work in the US
