TL;DR

Program Manager (AI): Managing AI-driven defense programs from capture and proposal through contract implementation with an accent on resource allocation, risk management, and customer relationship building. Focus on executing government contracts, guiding software product development, and ensuring technical and financial objectives are met.

Location: Onsite in Dayton, OH (3-5 days per week). Must be a US Citizen and possess an active U.S. national security clearance.

What you will do

• Manage assigned projects to achieve technical and financial objectives through efficient resource allocation and subcontractor management.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and trust with current and prospective government customers.
• Support capture efforts for new business opportunities and follow-on contracts.
• Coordinate with business development and digital infrastructure consultants to align capture efforts.
• Work within secure spaces following strict security policies and procedures.
• Conduct face-to-face interactions with customers and consultants in the Dayton, OH area.

Requirements

• BS in business, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of program management experience, preferably within the defense industry.
• Active U.S. national security clearance and US Citizenship.
• Extensive experience managing government contracts and writing/managing proposals.
• Expertise in project management tools such as EVMS, WBS, Agile, and Integrated Master Schedules.
• Proven ability to guide software product development processes.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience with AF/LCMC and/or ARFL as a military officer, civilian, or support contractor.
