TL;DR

Global Field Events Lead (SaaS): Designing and executing high-impact global field events and executive engagement programs to drive pipeline growth and customer retention with an accent on strategic event planning and ABM plays. Focus on aligning field activations with revenue goals, managing executive-level relationships, and scaling global event operations.

Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Must be in office 5 days a week.

Salary: $150,000 – $185,000 base

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global field events strategy aligned with pipeline creation, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Manage the annual events calendar, prioritizing investments based on pipeline potential and audience intent.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of flagship events, executive summits, and industry conference presence.
  • Coordinate multi-channel field programs including ABM event plays and digital amplification with Product Marketing and DevRel.
  • Partner with regional sales and CS leaders to align event strategies with territory plans and target account lists.
  • Own KPIs tied to sourced and influenced pipeline, executive engagement quality, and program efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in field marketing, events, or executive programs within B2B SaaS, including leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through field events and executive programs.
  • Direct experience building executive programs (summits, sponsor programs) from scratch.
  • Experience executing global event strategies across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Ability to operate and communicate at the most senior levels, including briefing the CEO and CRO.
  • Must be based in and work from the office 5 days a week in specified hubs.
