TL;DR
Senior Events Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and executing end-to-end internal events and community initiatives with an accent on long-term vision and strategic roadmaps. Location: Hybrid in Lithuania (office encouraged, up to 2 remote days per week)
Salary: 2400-3700 EUR/month

What you will do
- Own internal events and community initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to post-event analysis.
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for events and community growth across the business.
- Manage full execution including concept development, logistics, design, and budget tracking.
- Lead internal and external communication strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality experiences within budget.
- Mentor team members and provide senior-level strategic guidance on event operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing and executing large-scale or high-stakes events from start to finish.
- Track record of building event programs and strategies rather than just individual events.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Lithuanian and English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Lithuania office (hybrid model).
