What you will do

• Develop and implement B2B marketing and communication strategies for Baltic markets, focusing on Lithuania.
• Execute and track the performance of campaigns targeting brokers and partners to drive sales results.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with creative and media agencies.
• Organize professional events for clients, brokers, and partners.
• Create marketing and sales support materials, including presentations and email campaigns.
• Coordinate market research to derive actionable customer insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B marketing or corporate communications.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in campaign execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics and sales funnel performance.
• Fluent in Lithuanian.
