What you will do

• Own influencer and affiliate strategies across diaspora and international markets.
• Build a performance-first partner portfolio consisting of creators, ambassadors, affiliates, and publishers.
• Design CPA-based and hybrid partner economics to drive measurable acquisition and outcomes.
• Manage affiliate infrastructure, including tracking, reporting, and partner operations tools.
• Optimize CAC, payback, and LTV while improving attribution in app-heavy environments.
• Leverage AI for partner discovery, outreach, content review, and operational leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
• Proven track record of building partner channels that drive measurable acquisition.
• Deep understanding of partner economics, including CPA, CAC, LTV, and payback.
• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and partner management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset for reading performance data and making scale/kill decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków or Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Direct experience in fintech, remittance, neobanking, or marketplaces.
• Knowledge of diaspora, migration-driven, or international communities.
• Strong existing relationships with creators, publishers, or affiliate networks.
• Experience scaling pay-for-performance creator programs.
