Shopify Operations Intern

TL;DR

Shopify Operations Intern (E-commerce): Supporting the retention team in managing and optimizing Shopify stores with an accent on QA, troubleshooting, and operational data maintenance. Focus on ensuring store consistency, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the launch of new products and stores.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid role with one remote day per week).

What you will do

• Perform QA on Shopify stores to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and broken user experiences.
• Troubleshoot e-commerce issues, identify root causes, and drive fixes to resolution.
• Provide day-to-day support for operational issues and unexpected technical problems.
• Maintain accurate product pricing, store information, and operational data across all platforms.
• Assist in the end-to-end setup and launch of new products and Shopify stores.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
• Recently completed or final-year student in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high consistency.
• Interest in e-commerce and curiosity about online store management.
• Commitment to a 3-month internship duration.
