TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: From €4,000 gross per month + bonus system

What you will do

  • Drive organic revenue and growth using comprehensive technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Lead and grow a small organic team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Own the content roadmap, optimizing landing pages and site sections to improve rankings and conversion rates.
  • Manage high-quality link-building campaigns and nurture relationships with industry authorities.
  • Oversee SEO continuity during a significant Shopify platform migration, ensuring proper URL structure and redirects.
  • Monitor brand search presence and report on organic performance tied to revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, preferably in D2C or e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawlability, site migrations, and structured data.
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and revenue with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
  • Experience managing content strategies and link-building campaigns.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or migrating from WooCommerce/Magento to Shopify.
  • Background in regulated D2C verticals such as health, wellness, or supplements.
  • Experience with CRO and A/B testing.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity) to increase output quality and speed.
