What you will do
- Produce and maintain Group and UK Financial Crime Policies and Standards in line with the governance framework.
- Identify and assess global financial crime regulatory requirements through continuous horizon scanning.
- Perform gap analysis and benchmarking of current standards against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Support the execution of the Group Financial Crime Training and Competency Framework and communications strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Procurement to embed financial crime controls.
- Maintain financial crime obligation registers and conduct impact assessments on policy changes.
Requirements
- Established experience in financial crime within the asset management and/or insurance sectors.
- Deep expertise in tracking, interpreting, and applying regulatory changes to policies and standards.
- Proven ability to design and embed a risk-based approach in financial crime frameworks.
- Strong experience in writing and reviewing professional compliance policies and standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, risk, business, and operations teams.
- Sound communication skills for managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
