What you will do

• Support the Senior Financial Crime Advisor in maintaining AML, CFT, and sanctions compliance programs.
• Design and enhance financial crime systems and controls to ensure alignment across global offices.
• Manage daily financial crime referrals and sanction screening tool outputs.
• Conduct monitoring assurance reviews of first-line procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver staff training on financial crime best practices.
• Monitor global political movements to identify emerging risks affecting business lines.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Comprehensive experience with international financial crime and sanctions regulations.
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial crime risks within the Lloyd’s of London market.
• Proficiency in KYC, CDD, AML, and sanctions regimes (EU, UK, US, UN).
• Experience in reviewing processes and controls within a general insurance context.
• Professional qualification such as ACAMS, ACOI, ACII, or ICA Diploma.
