What you will do
- Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the Policy product portfolio to align with growth objectives.
- Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and market segmentation to identify new opportunities.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team of product managers and technical product owners.
- Own portfolio roadmap prioritization, balancing short-term revenue with long-term strategic growth.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including alpha/beta programs and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of SaaS product management experience.
- 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles managing product teams.
- Proven track record of executing portfolio-level strategy in B2B or B2G environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive market analysis.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Experience in public safety, government, or other highly regulated industries.
- MBA or relevant certifications such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, or Pragmatic Marketing.
- Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into product strategy and development.
