What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the Policy product portfolio to align with growth objectives.
• Lead competitive analysis, customer research, and market segmentation to identify new opportunities.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing team of product managers and technical product owners.
• Own portfolio roadmap prioritization, balancing short-term revenue with long-term strategic growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with business goals and revenue targets.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including alpha/beta programs and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of SaaS product management experience.
• 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles managing product teams.
• Proven track record of executing portfolio-level strategy in B2B or B2G environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive market analysis.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Experience in public safety, government, or other highly regulated industries.
• MBA or relevant certifications such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, or Pragmatic Marketing.
• Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into product strategy and development.
