Sr. Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps, using data and customer insights to defend prioritization decisions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept and discovery through general availability and iteration.
• Conduct continuous discovery with enterprise customers to synthesize requirements for complex workflows and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to scope work, manage dependencies, and maintain high quality bars for acceptance criteria.
• Partner with GTM teams to translate product capabilities into clear commercial narratives for Sales and Marketing.
• Integrate AI tools into the product cycle for synthesis, specification drafting, and competitive analysis to accelerate decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience building for enterprise customers, including navigating security, compliance, or data privacy requirements.
• Track record of owning the full product lifecycle from scoping and sequencing to launching.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss implementation tradeoffs with engineers.
• Active AI fluency with specific examples of how AI has meaningfully changed your day-to-day product workflow.
• Must be based in Raleigh, NYC, or Remote within the EST time zone.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B enterprise platform products with data privacy or compliance requirements.
• Experience using AI prototyping or code generation tools such as Cursor, v0, Replit, or GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for early-stage concept exploration.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a user or customer.
