What you will do

• Translate portfolio strategy into clear product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, and market assessment.
• Prioritize initiatives across features, platform investments, and AI-driven enhancements.
• Partner with Engineering to clarify requirements, resolve trade-offs, and ensure delivery consistency.
• Identify and validate opportunities where AI improves quoting, pricing, and design workflows.
• Define and track KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in product management within software environments.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end from strategy to delivery.
• Deep understanding of agile development practices and iterative delivery.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve productivity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CPQ, PLM, or CAD-related workflows.
• Experience with the Food Equipment Services (FES) industry.
• Exposure to AI-driven product features or intelligent automation.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management frameworks.
