TL;DR

Location: Remote (US-based, East Coast preferred)

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Own the product retention and growth strategy for the Assessments domain, from opportunity identification to value adoption.
  • Develop product strategy for new capabilities, customer segments, and adjacent market entry.
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to drive delivery velocity and AI-first innovation.
  • Partner with global customers to represent their voice in product decisions.
  • Shape product direction through competitive analysis and market intelligence.
  • Communicate growth strategy to executive stakeholders to build investment conviction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of running a product line at scale with ownership of retention and ARR outcomes.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing PM teams.
  • Must be based in the US, with a preference for the East Coast.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • A clear point of view on the application of AI in education technology.
