TL;DR

AVP, Field Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving product engagement and credit goals through regional and store-level client leadership with an accent on in-store execution and relationship management. Focus on increasing application volume, developing credit awareness programs, and managing external client relationships across the Southwest territory.

Location: Must be based in the US (Southwest territory: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada). Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Drive application volume to meet and exceed operational plan goals.
  • Develop and implement in-store marketing programs and provide ongoing training to client leadership.
  • Build and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels.
  • Audit signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance and communicate issues.
  • Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs while managing travel and marketing budgets.
  • Support store opening and relocation events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services field.
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
  • Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

  • Private Label Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Strong finance business and industry acumen.
