Salary: $136,560 - $170,700 USD

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers to achieve retention and growth targets.
• Manage executive-level relationships with key clients and advisors.
• Develop and execute annual strategic business plans for client retention in the Western U.S. region.
• Collaborate with national leadership to drive consistent strategy and best practices.
• Participate in high-level sales presentations and client meetings as a senior representative.
• Monitor team performance and workload to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of six years of experience in defined contribution (DC) or related financial services.
• Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses required.
• State life and health insurance licenses required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
