What you will do

• Perform high-volume data entry into various database applications.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions to customers via phone and email.
• Compile, sort, and verify sourcing documents for accurate data entry.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications and rebates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
• Safeguard confidential customer information in compliance with security standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum 6+ months of experience in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
