Salary: $20–$22 per hour

What you will do
- Handle incoming service inquiries via phone, digital channels, and in-person interactions.
- Manage customer escalations and troubleshoot technical support questions.
- Perform accurate data entry of student information and maintain class records in the CRM.
- Assist students with licensing applications and process electronic fingerprints.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and manage inventory of supplies and brochures.
- Support the Campus Director and sales team with scheduling and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in North Miami, FL.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of at least 20 wpm.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Some college education.
