TL;DR

Location: Must be based in North Miami, FL (On-site)

Salary: $20–$22 per hour

What you will do

  • Handle incoming service inquiries via phone, digital channels, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage customer escalations and troubleshoot technical support questions.
  • Perform accurate data entry of student information and maintain class records in the CRM.
  • Assist students with licensing applications and process electronic fingerprints.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and manage inventory of supplies and brochures.
  • Support the Campus Director and sales team with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in North Miami, FL.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of at least 20 wpm.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a semi-regular basis.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Some college education.
