Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet monthly enrollment targets across dental, veterinary, and other specialty markets.
• Develop and implement repeatable sales language programs, including talk tracks and objection handling.
• Manage performance through regular reviews, actionable feedback, and structured coaching cadences.
• Design and execute sales incentive programs to motivate performance and ensure compliance.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of sales technologies, including Salesforce CRM and dialers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to enhance tools and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Sales or Call Center environments.
• 3+ years of experience in people management, including hiring and coaching.
• 1+ year of inside or outside sales experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
