Location: Must be based in the Arlington, Virginia area and able to travel to client sites at least 75% of the time.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000+ (OTE including base salary, residual income, and bonuses).

What you will do
- Prospect and present merchant services solutions to business owners and financial institution partners.
- Maintain and build trusted partnerships through regular branch visits, meetings, and training sessions.
- Manage the full sales cycle using Atlas CRM and Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing.
- Upsell existing clients on additional products and services within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with District Managers to refine sales techniques and meet production requirements.
- Stay current on financial technology industry trends and product developments.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to client sites.
- Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
- Ability to be in the field for a minimum of 75% of the time.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
