Financial Institutions Relationship Manager (Fintech): Managing and expanding partnerships with financial institutions to drive merchant services sales with an accent on relationship building and high-volume prospecting. Focus on executing short-cycle sales presentations, utilizing CRM tools for lead management, and achieving production quotas through consistent field activity.

Location: Must be based in the Arlington, Virginia area and able to travel to client sites at least 75% of the time.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000+ (OTE including base salary, residual income, and bonuses).

What you will do

  • Prospect and present merchant services solutions to business owners and financial institution partners.
  • Maintain and build trusted partnerships through regular branch visits, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using Atlas CRM and Salesforce for lead generation and contract processing.
  • Upsell existing clients on additional products and services within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to refine sales techniques and meet production requirements.
  • Stay current on financial technology industry trends and product developments.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to client sites.
  • Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to be in the field for a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
