What you will do

• Design and continuously improve internal IT infrastructure and end-user systems.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows and lifecycle milestones through system integrations.
• Maintain scalable architectures for mobile device management (MDM) and identity providers (SSO/IdP).
• Act as the primary technical escalation point and SME for corporate hardware, OS ecosystems, and enterprise SaaS.
• Manage critical networking systems including VPN, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and People teams to enforce access governance and compliance.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in IT engineering or advanced systems administration.
• Deep technical expertise in macOS and operational knowledge of Windows/Active Directory.
• Strong administrative experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD) and MDM suites (Jamf, Intune).
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across network routing protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Proficiency in scripting for automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring and maintaining corporate SaaS ecosystems (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence) at scale.
• Familiarity with endpoint security baselines and audit compliance requirements.
• Proven track record supporting remote-first technology organizations.
