Services Manager (Defence)

Location: Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Must be eligible to obtain a UAE security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and deployment of complex Defence Services projects across the SitaWare suite (Headquarters, Frontline, Maritime).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary services, development teams, and customers to integrate and deploy operational capabilities.
• Manage designated personnel, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
• Support business growth by scoping solutions and writing proposals for upsells and change requests on existing accounts.
• Monitor project success through KPIs, governance forums, and management briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, software, or a related field.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA Level B/C.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the defence and security domain.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Eligible to obtain a UAE security clearance and no criminal record.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• General understanding of data-driven, AI-enabled, and simulation-based capabilities within Defence solutions.
