Vice President - International Delivery (AI)

What you will do

• Own international delivery across a portfolio of AI products, platforms, and strategic customer programs from planning through deployment, stabilization, adoption, and operational handover.
• Build and scale delivery governance across markets, including milestones, scope, technical dependencies, risks, resourcing, change control, and executive reporting.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to convert roadmaps, architecture decisions, and customer requirements into practical delivery plans.
• Lead delivery execution in complex environments covering AI systems, cloud/infrastructure platforms, data pipelines, security requirements, integrations, vendors, and customer operating models.
• Establish operating rhythms for portfolio reviews, delivery health, decision-making, escalation paths, and cross-functional alignment across regions.
• Improve reliability and predictability via service readiness, incident management, change management, SLA governance, and post-launch support models.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading international delivery, program management, implementation, or professional services for complex technology products in production environments.
• Hands-on technical background in software engineering, systems engineering, solution architecture, infrastructure, data, AI, or another technical delivery discipline.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-stakes customer programs across product, engineering, infrastructure, commercial, customer, and partner teams.
• Strong understanding of software/AI/data/cloud/infrastructure delivery with enough technical depth to engage on architecture, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade systems across multiple geographies and regulatory/customer environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently for international customer engagements and on-the-ground delivery execution.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI, data platform, ML infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS products across international markets.
• Exposure to production support models and ITSM processes (incident management, change management, observability, SLA governance).
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure such as Kubernetes/OpenShift, APIs, integration architecture, and large-scale deployment environments.
• Experience building or scaling delivery organizations across multiple regions.
