Director of Technical Implementation, EMEA (Healthcare IT)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; international travel required up to 60% of the time

What you will do

• Lead and unify Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single functional structure.
• Define implementation best practices, governance, quality frameworks, and standardized delivery processes.
• Drive cross-country collaboration, resource optimization, capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization.
• Oversee partner strategy, onboarding, performance management, and delivery alignment.
• Embed and scale the AI-powered ARIES methodology across technical delivery activities.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and support critical customer engagements and project success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, or professional services leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-country implementation programs.
• Background in healthcare IT or enterprise software implementation environments.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures, integration, and data platforms.
• Experience with resource management, forecasting, operational optimization, organizational transformation, and standardization.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally 60% of the time; relevant university technical degree required.
