Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annualized

What you will do

• Design and operate the identity, access, and credential lifecycle for AI agents using Okta, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Build and run review processes for AI agents and MCP connectors, covering data scopes, tool surfaces, and security.
• Maintain a centralized registry and telemetry for AI tooling using Datadog and vendor analytics APIs.
• Own seat governance and cost controls for the AI tool portfolio, including Claude Enterprise, Cursor, and Copilot.
• Collaborate with Business Technology, Engineering, Security, and Finance to streamline AI tool deployment and IT guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT engineering, client platform engineering, or IAM-focused security engineering.
• Deep hands-on Okta administration experience (SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and SOX implications).
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and workload identity patterns across GCP and AWS.
• Proficiency in writing scripts for IT automation using Python or Bash and operating via CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Practical experience using AI development tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or LangChain.
• Experience with observability platforms, specifically Datadog.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent integration patterns.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and macOS endpoint management.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, or the EU AI Act.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Tray.io, or Okta Workflows.
