What you will do

• Own and execute the quarterly marketing plan, including pipeline, content, and brand goals.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, including content and video specialists and agency partners.
• Drive B2B demand generation across paid, SEO/SEM, and partnership channels.
• Manage product marketing for launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with DevRel and Engineering to create technical content and community presence.
• Operate the marketing stack and own funnel reporting for the executive team.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of full-funnel B2B campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers in AI, APIs, or technical SaaS.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing stacks like HubSpot, GA4, and SEO tools.
• Ability to work fluently with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
