What you will do

  • Develop and manage comprehensive global GtM plans for key portfolio products, including launch planning and competitive positioning.
  • Create solution positioning and high-quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, webpages, and brochures.
  • Enable Sales teams with insights and tools through enablement sessions and collateral refinement.
  • Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across webinars, paid social, email, and ABM approaches in German and English.
  • Manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables to deliver strong product stories.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing or sales experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS industries, ideally for Lending solutions.
  • Proven ability to market to senior banking decision-makers and a track record in sales enablement.
  • C2-level fluency in German and English to create and refine customer-facing content.
  • Strong execution skills with a structured approach to project management in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams.
