Location: Remote or Hybrid (Offices in Amsterdam, Belgrade, Berlin, Limassol, London, Madrid, Munich, Paphos, Prague, Warsaw, Yerevan)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a global B2B/Enterprise marketing strategy tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the segment.
- Plan and run targeted campaigns across digital channels, offline/online events, and PR.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies designed for specific high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive sales enablement by providing content and training for sales, customer success teams, and resellers.
- Coordinate a high-level B2B narrative and oversee content production with internal copywriters and external agencies.
- Design and optimize the lead generation pipeline in collaboration with marketing automation teams.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in B2B/Enterprise customer segments and their unique challenges.
- Successful experience marketing software or SaaS products to business customers.
- Deep understanding of corporate software procurement and decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work efficiently within a distributed team without direct supervision.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing or Business Development.
- Experience building and leading multi-role marketing teams.
- Familiarity with products or similar technical developer tools.
- Prior experience in IT companies or a technical background.
