What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market (GtM) plans, including launch planning, messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Create solution positioning and high-quality assets such as playbooks, presentations, and webpages to support sales engagement.
• Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns (webinars, paid social, email, ABM) in German and English.
• Enable Sales teams through insights, tool provision, and dedicated enablement sessions.
• Plan and manage participation in events, conferences, and roundtables to deliver strong product stories.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B marketing or sales experience within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or the Big 4.
• Proven track record of marketing to CFOs and senior Finance decision-makers.
• C2-level fluency in both German and English.
• Strong execution and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Germany.
