Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Design, build, and refine global lifecycle automations for stages like onboarding, renewals, and win-back.
• Use experimentation and data insights to prioritize enhancements and improve success KPIs.
• Analyze customer behavior data to identify patterns, pain points, and engagement opportunities.
• Partner with product, data, and research teams to integrate lifecycle expertise into company initiatives.
• Champion innovative CRM approaches and lead projects that advance lifecycle marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field, preferably in subscription or app-based industries.
• Ability to own, implement, and manage lifecycle automations across various stages.
• Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with modern Lifecycle/CEP/CRM tools such as Iterable, Braze, Clevertap, or Klaviyo.
