Location: Hybrid role with up to two remote days per week; company policy allows for work from almost anywhere in the world (WFA).
Salary: €2,700–€4,300 gross per month (for the Lithuanian market).

What you will do
- Design, build, and refine global lifecycle automations for stages like onboarding, renewals, and win-back.
- Use experimentation and data insights to prioritize enhancements and improve success KPIs.
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify patterns, pain points, and engagement opportunities.
- Partner with product, data, and research teams to integrate lifecycle expertise into company initiatives.
- Champion innovative CRM approaches and lead projects that advance lifecycle marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, product, or a similar field, preferably in subscription or app-based industries.
- Ability to own, implement, and manage lifecycle automations across various stages.
- Data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing, and roadmap development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with modern Lifecycle/CEP/CRM tools such as Iterable, Braze, Clevertap, or Klaviyo.
