What you will do
- Develop and execute joint business plans for VAR partners to drive YoY growth and pipeline.
- Orchestrate co-marketing and co-sell motions, including account mapping and opportunity management.
- Run enablement programs for partner sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams on product positioning and AI use cases.
- Manage pipeline hygiene and deal registration cadence within Salesforce.
- Conduct QBRs and performance reviews to ensure partner compliance and operational excellence.
- Coordinate internal resources including SE, PS, and legal to support partner deal progression.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in alliances or partner sales for enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Fluent German and English language skills are required.
- Proven track record in co-sell motions and ecosystem GTM strategies.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and deal-registration tools.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across executive and technical levels.
- Must be based in Germany and comfortable with 30–50% travel.
Nice to have
- Experience with CCaaS, CX, or AI-driven software solutions.
- Working knowledge of cloud architectures and data/AI governance.
