Location: Must be based in Germany (Frankfurt office with flexibility, 30–50% travel required).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans for VAR partners to drive YoY growth and pipeline.
  • Orchestrate co-marketing and co-sell motions, including account mapping and opportunity management.
  • Run enablement programs for partner sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams on product positioning and AI use cases.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene and deal registration cadence within Salesforce.
  • Conduct QBRs and performance reviews to ensure partner compliance and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate internal resources including SE, PS, and legal to support partner deal progression.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in alliances or partner sales for enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
  • Proven track record in co-sell motions and ecosystem GTM strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and deal-registration tools.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across executive and technical levels.
  • Must be based in Germany and comfortable with 30–50% travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CCaaS, CX, or AI-driven software solutions.
  • Working knowledge of cloud architectures and data/AI governance.
