Focus on leading complex sales cycles, engaging C-level stakeholders, and driving revenue growth across the DACH, Benelux, and Nordics regions.

Location: Must be based in Germany (Frankfurt or remote)

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of NeoLoad and its value proposition for modern DevOps and CI/CD environments.
  • Engage C-level and senior IT leaders to align solutions with their strategic business goals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing to drive account success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to IT personas.
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with transactions exceeding $100k ACV.
  • Fluent English and German skills are required.
  • Experience with performance testing, observability, or DevOps technologies is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and CRM tools like Salesforce.

  • Additional relevant language skills.
