What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, including positioning, ICP, and category narrative.
• Build and lead the marketing team, managing growth, content, and video specialists.
• Drive B2B demand generation across paid, GEO, and lifecycle channels to grow the pipeline.
• Lead product marketing, including launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
• Develop developer marketing initiatives and ecosystem partnerships in collaboration with Engineering and DevRel.
• Oversee content strategy across blogs, technical guides, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership roles at high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing functions from early stage to Series A/B.
• Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers in developer tools or technical SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-funnel demand generation engines.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for high-stakes narratives and executive briefings.
• Proficiency with the modern marketing stack (HubSpot, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush).

Nice to have

• Experience with Voice AI, speech, audio, or real-time communications.
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor, or analyst relations.
