Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic + OTE £62,000 - £65,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop sales agents to meet and exceed set targets and KPIs.
• Monitor performance and agent capability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Champion customer experience, quality, and compliance across the team.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager in delivering local department objectives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and management.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and maintain high motivation levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Experience in developing talent and managing performance expectations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bolton office.
